Peace, Love & Unity
The tracks are done, the band are enthused, we’re sounding great and have a month to bare our souls.
This week has been fascinating. We’ve had 16 tracks to aim at to get on the album and fix up for some major productive studio time and I’m amazed at how much songs have grown since the basic yet unbelievably complex process of sitting down and writing what your head and heart want to say.

We’ve been on tour around the gorgeous Switzerland since the middle of December and have played 13 shows over the space of 3 weeks… Christmas has been an absolute blast and we’ve made some amazing new friends and played a monstrous amount of music.

The Man In The Tree

I’ve just been out with some friends for sushi in North London and I saw this picture… Just look at it for a second….. It’s beautiful !
It was at the moment which my eyes lazily stumbled across it hanging unassumingly in the corner of the Japanese eatery that I stopped in my tracks and had a very stark sense of musical realisation…
I feel a bit like this house, or rather I see myself as this house…. I’m not made of wood or sit amongst the trees, but the symbolism which I take from this painting is exceptional.

We’ve had a busy few weeks writing songs for the new Glen Kirkham album! We can’t wait to unveil it to all of our fans and we’re working hard to make sure it’s the best album we can release. At the moment, we’re writing, producing & selecting the tracks which will appear on the final cut. Hopefully, and if you’re lucky, we’ll release a couple of the songs into the wild before releasing the full album, which should be finished in the next couple of months…

I can’t really express how amazing touring is, but touring Switzerland is just on another level – such beautiful landscapes and everyone is so kind and welcoming. It’s my second time out here in Luzern and one thing is for sure, the women get more and more attractive with each visit. It’s great coming into anthother country knowing that you are going to be looked after and playing music all the time, you can’t ask for anything more.
